Mixed use commercial development in uptown Vancouver. The building contains 1900 m2. of retail, 9250 m2. of office space and 345 m2. of amenity and landscaped roof garden. Through a rezoning process, the project replaced an aging set of low-rise commercial buildings in what is now becoming one of the essential cores of the city.
